Meet The Palisades
The Palisades is a 1,600-acre master-planned community on the shores of Lake Wylie in the southwest corner of Charlotte. It was built out over two decades by many builders. Homeowners took control of the master association in 2023. Today the last new-construction sections are on the market: Taylor Morrison's The Coves on Lake Wylie, Classica's 1-acre custom homesites at The Ranch, and JPOrleans' upcoming Longwood Preserve.
