Meet Davidson
Davidson grew up around Davidson College, which predates the town; the name changed from “Davidson College” to “Davidson” in 1891. Its tree-shaded campus and brick Main Street give the town a village feel. New construction here comes in small, town-reviewed projects, so release timing matters.
